Meet Lee Joe (Liyana Johari) :) She’s a good mate of mine. We were in the same primary school for a few years, then she moved out. So actually, I knew her wayyy back. Then we sort of lost contact…

Until one day, I went for an interview; the Foundation in TESL program interview in UiTM. I was waiting for my turn in Block L.. Then my eyes laid upon a familiar face, hey isn’t that… She turned, and smiled. Yes! It’s Liyana, back from the long-lost childhood friend memory, haha. Lost but never forgotten, mind you. :P

So we kind of talked, like ice-breaking in a way.. Since we haven’t heard from each other in such a long time, we didn’t really know what to say to each other. We weren’t even really that close last time, so.. You know.. I thought it would be just like another time of meeting an old friend. You meet, you smile, you talk for a while, say I’ll catch you again later, and never heard from ‘em ever since then.

But, nope. We found out that we both got through with the interview, been accepted into UiTM, and maybe we’ll see each other again. It’s good to know that there is at least one person that we know, she said.
